SIZE MATTERS

Modern slim speakers suffer from an audible thinning known as baffle step. Not big box speakers. So Wharfedale further increased LINTONs baffle width and included a 200mm bass woofer to give your music the impact it’s missing.

A CLASSIC REIMAGINING

Woven Kevlar replaces paper & polymer cones, crossover design is computer aided & optimised, and bass units are reflex loaded by two rear ports. So new LINTON looks classic, but it meets all your contemporary music demands.

AUDIO COOKUP – GRILLE ON!

Asymmetrical cutouts in LINTONs speaker grilles mitigate interference caused by cabinet edge reflections found in traditional big-box speakers. So not only do LINTONs speaker grilles help maintain a low visual profile, they further improve your sound quality too.

AMP MATCHING MAGIC

Specific design elements, like woven Kevlar drivers and high-flux magnets, were chosen to ensure LINTON sings with amplifiers as small as 25W per channel. Put plainly, LINTON will run off the sniff of an oily rag.
